When you’re recording from a script you’ll make mistakes and double-takes, of course you’ll need to cut them out. But any cut will show a jump in the position of your head - If you’re OK with that then go no further.
Of course, if you want you video to look more professional you would record with two cameras from different angles so that the cut and position of the head will be hidden by change in angle. Or you could put some B roll over the cuts.
