remove echo and wind noise from your videos

Audio is an integral part of every video, even though audio gets treated as the poor cousin, it’s more important than the visuals themselves when it comes to retaining the viewers of your video.

Viewers will stop watching a video that has bad audio much quicker than they will leave when the visuals are not up to scratch.

They will put up with the questionable vision longer than irritating audio, it’s considered that the audio’s value is worth 70% of the overall videos quality.

Because of the importance of good audio it is necessary that you have tools to be able to correct the problems,

Final Cut Pro has some tools built-in that do an outstanding job, but there are some issues that just can’t be corrected with the built-in tools.

I’ll show you the Final Cut Pro tools while comparing CrumplePop complete, a package that a serious Video editor can’t do without.

The biggest audio problems are: echo, wind noise, general background noise, clipping over the volume threshold and traffic noise.

General background noise, low volume, traffic noise and to a limited extent wind noise, can be successfully corrected with Final Cuts Pro’s

I’ll show you how to use the built-in tools later in this video, in the meantime, the hard to remove problems are easily corrected with CrumplePop.
