Cutting “on_the-fly” or real-time editing, really speeds up the Multicam editing process.
But sometimes the action in the timeline moves so quickly that it is hard to anticipate the next scene to be able to cut before the optimum frame has passed.
In fact, any cut you make in real-time will eventually be a few frames later than the optimum.
Your eye will just not be quick enough to keep up.
